AIDS March

World AIDS day, December 1, 2002 marked a successful AIDS awareness day with a parade of 3,000 students and community members and a 4 hour event of speakers, musicians and local choir performances.

LIFESIGNS was represented by a caravan of camels, drummers, and AIDS banners. This event was sponsored by the Lion's Association Sacramento Chapter and private donations. Over 100,000 condoms were purchased for the local pensions, hotels, bars to distribute freely to their customers.
